SWIM WORKOUTS

 

VOWSA Open water swims will start in May, additional club swims may be organized throughout the year or as soon as it warms up a bit.

For the winter season, we strongly suggest you to attend the Masters swim classes run by the North Vancouver Recreation Centers (they are included with your gym membership). Go to http://www.northvanrec.com/ for more details.

 

BIKE WORKOUTS

 

Tuesday night rides: 6:30 PM under the Lions Gate Bridge (North end near the RV Park). Groups will be formed based on route and pace.

Saturday rides: 8:00 AM from Shipyards Coffee at Lonsdale Quay. Various distances and paces.

Notes:

-Bike rides are being organized through TeamSnap. As the weather warms we’re hoping to get out for regular Tuesday and weekend rides.
– All riders should be self sufficient and come with spare tubes, a pump, lights and a cell phone.

 

RUN WORKOUTS

 

Wednesday and Saturday Workouts: Tripeaks members have free access to the ForeRunners Marathon/Half Marathon training sessions at 6pm Wednesday evenings and 8am Saturday mornings. Come join us for a mix of hill, track and road workouts. .
