SWIM WORKOUTS

 

Open water swims will resume in the spring/summer as weather permits.

For the winter season, we strongly suggest you to attend the Masters swim classes run by the North Vancouver Recreation Centers (they are included with your gym membership). Go to http://www.northvanrec.com/ for more details.

 

BIKE WORKOUTS

 

Tuesday night Bike Rides: 6PM at various locations. Tuesday rides are for beginner/novice riders. All rides are no-drop.

Wednesday night Bike Rides: 6PM under the Lions Gate Bridge (North end near the RV Park). Early Spring rides will be starting off with laps of Stanley Park.

Thursday night spin classes: 7:15PM at Harry Jerome Rec Centre. Classes run from February 27th through April 2nd, 2020. Free for club members. Not-yet-signed-up-members are $5 per class.

Sunday Bike Rides: 9AM from Lonsdale Quay. Various distances and paces.

Notes:
– All riders should be self sufficient and come with spare tubes, a pump, lights and a cell phone.

 

RUN WORKOUTS

 

Tuesday night Track Run Sessions: Sutherland High School from 530-630 PM.

Saturday Long Run: First Saturday of every month from April through September. various starting points, paces and distances.
